conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic, threaten lives and physical well-being of healthcare workers (HCWs), also their mental health, such as burnout, etc. which is often neglected. The aim this review to analyze published studies on proportion burnout among HCWs first wave COVID-19. 
 Materials Methods: We conducted a systematic that reported (measured by Maslach Burnout Inventory) pandemic searched PubMed, PsycINFO, WOS relevant articles up Feb 25th, 2021. Out 145 non-duplicate studies, 10 were included in meta-analysis. Results: overall estimated pooled for emotional exhaustion (EE) was 31% (95% CI: 24%-40%), depersonalization (DP) 28% 23%-38%) 22% 13%-34%) personal accomplishment (PA). results show countries where number cases high beds doctors low, level EE appears be slightly lower PA higher. However, there no significant differences according subgroup analyses.
